The room and bathroom were perfectly clean with a bathtub. The breakfast selection offered yummy options. The pool area was good. No extra charge for wake-up service and ironing. The hotel is in an ideal, handy location in a great area. It is conveniently located just 10 km from Winnipeg airport.

extremely loud street noise during the night. Hotel smells like chlorine from the pool

I liked the hotel's proximity to dining, shopping and the Health Sciences Centre. The hotel is easy to get to from outside the city, even during rush hour. The beds are very comfortable.
I know that the pool and exercise area need to be maintained at some time during the day. I would prefer to use the pool and exercise area between 6:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M. weekdays.

The shuttle service provided for the trips to the health sciences centre. Friendly shuttle drivers, front desk clerks. Room service. and bar staff were pleasant.
inconsistency in housekeeping. coffee/tea supply were never replenished in the 7 nights we stayed. Cups were replenished once in 5 days then I had to leave a note to ask for cups. Bath tub isn't always raised clean during our stay.

The place was clean and wonderful, with extremely friendly staff. the deluxe king room we stayed in had a modern design and a great view. - the hotel's location next to Polo shopping mall, restaurants, and the airport was convenient. - Nearby places like Joey Polo Park provided a relaxing environment.

Convenient location, quick check in, quick check out, wheelchair friendly automatic doors, somewhat cheap breakfast.
Poor wheelchair access to bathroom for room with 2 double beds (2 beds needed). Dead batteries in tv remote control ... first time using equipment one wonders "am I to stupid to figure this tv out" or "is this a problem with the equipment".

1. The hotel cannot my reservation, I was asked to call bookings.com to clarify reservation when a simple check at their fax machine could've saved us time and frustration. 2. On checkout, I was charged a higher rate, not the rate that bookings.com confirmed. I went back to inquire at the desk regarding the mistake and the female staff who initially was helping me snapped back at me when I was trying to show her the e-mail confirmation from bookings.com. She said she was helping another customer but she wasn't with anyone when I first approached her. The lady who helped me in the end corrected the mistake and apologized but my whole experience with this hotel had already been a disaster from beginning to end. Will not use this hotel again and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient down town.
Two females stayed in the room. There was not nearly enough sampoo and cream rinse for our hair.
